How much does a session cost?
Each photographer sets their own hourly rate, which you see up front before booking. You pay securely in the app through Stripe once your session is done, and you can add an optional tip for your photographer. No subscription is needed to book.
What's the difference between on-demand and scheduled sessions?
On-demand means right now: you send a request to photographers near your location, and the first to accept heads your way — requests automatically expire after an hour if no one's available. Scheduled sessions are booked ahead against a photographer's real availability calendar, so your spot is guaranteed.
How do I get my photos?
Your photographer shoots in the Krifl app and photos transfer to your account automatically — usually before the session even ends. You review, download, and share them from your phone, and you can favorite the keepers.
How long are my photos stored?
Every session's photos are stored free for a generous window after your shoot, which is plenty of time to download everything. Want them kept in the cloud indefinitely? An optional storage plan keeps your full library safe and re-downloadable.
How do photographers get paid?
Through Stripe Connect. Photographers connect a bank account once, then earnings from every completed session — including 100% of tips — are paid out directly. Krifl takes a small service fee; photographers keep the majority of every booking.
Is it safe to meet a photographer from the app?
Every photographer has a public profile with reviews and ratings from past clients, and you can watch them approach on live GPS tracking once they accept. Payments stay in the app — no cash changes hands — and both sides review each other after every session.
